The city and venue
Granada is one of the pearls of Spain. The long-time capital of the last Moorish kingdom in Europe has to offer the most important reminders of this epoch in Spanish history, with the world-famous Alhambra at the top of the list - Spain’s most visited monument.
The city is located at the foot of the steep mountain range of the Sierra Nevada, Spain's highest mountains, 430 km South of Madrid and about 70 km from the Mediterranean coast. Being in this position means that it is possible to go skiing (not in September, unfortunately) and sunbathe on the beach in the same day.
Fragblast 9 will be held at Granada’s Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos (Congress and Exhibition Centre).
